Terms and Conditions of Service for Emme Illustration

Welcome to Emme Illustration These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services provided by Emme Illustration. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or engaging our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services:

Emme Illustration offers freelance digital graphics and illustration services. These services may include, but are not limited to, graphic design, illustration, 3D modelling, concept art, NSFW art and related creative services.

3. Payment:

Clients are required to sign a contact to legally bind the agreed-upon fee for services, before work is commenced by the artist. Payment is processed through our secure payment gateway. All fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. The base rate for an artist is £15 per whole hour. The hourly rate will be agreed-upon by the selected artist prior to accepting custom design requests.

4. Delivery of Services:

Upon confirmation of agreed hourly charge rate, Emme Illustration will commence work on the agreed-upon project. Delivery timelines will be communicated to the client and will depend on the scope and complexity of the project.

5. Revisions:

Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions during the project, free of charge, based on a mutual agreement between the client and the artist. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing clear and detailed project briefs, feedback, and any required assets. Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays and additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property:

Upon receipt of full payment, Emme Illustration grants clients a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. Emme Illustration retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and marketing materials, such as the Emme Illustration website, found here: https://emmeillustration.co.uk.

8. Confidentiality:

Emme Illustration will keep all client information and project details confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information to third parties.

9. Termination of Services:

Emme Illustration reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or engages in unethical or inappropriate behavior, such as hate speech.

10. Limitation of Liability:

Emme Illustration is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

11. No Refunds Policy:

All payments made to Emme Illustration are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, clients are not entitled to a full or partial refund, even if the project is terminated before completion.

12. Changes to Terms:

Emme Illustration reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is the client's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
